Living Rooms

The open-plan living area on the ground floor is all about light, breezy space, and Mediterranean style.

A traditional Greek brick open fireplace sits in the centre of the living room - although you won't be needing that in the summer! You will enjoy lounging in the Mykonos-style seating area as you read one of the coffee table books or play a complementary game of monopoly, whilst listening to your music on the Sonos speaker system.

Light floods in from all angles with windows that open out in all four directions with an incredible front view towards the Ionian Sea, or over the infinity pool to the right.

Sliding glass doors lead out onto a full-size balcony that looks directly out onto Kommeno Bay and the gorgeous Ionian Sea with a wide expansive view of Gouvia Marina, Kontokali, and Corfu town.

Most days you will want to dine outside on the balcony, but there is also a cherry wood (extendable) dinner table that comfortably sits 8 people underneath two Raffia pendant ceiling lights.

On the lower ground floor is the Lounge Room with a 43" satellite television with access to 100s of TV channels from all over the world including North & South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Look out for some design touches from designer, Eva Sonaike, like the African fan feature wall behind the large sofa, and the handmade Corfiot tapestry on the opposite wall.

There is also a workstation for those that need to do a little work. (But try not to do too much. You’re on holiday)! This is a great space to read, play games, relax or watch the summer sports events. And if you don’t like using air conditioners, this is also the coolest room in the house, and through the sliding glass door, there is also another balcony with table and chairs and direct sea views perfect for morning yoga and for great evening relaxation.
